Response to Intervention

Our goal is to demystify Response to Intervention by collaborating with school leaders and teachers as they progress through the stages of implementation.  Our consultants can customize the professional development on this topic based on your teachers' level of understanding of RTI.  We can schedule on-site visits to help teachers design and execute a Response to Intervention action plan, effectively monitor and mangage data, and ensure that they are comfortable and competent in each stage of the Response to Intervention process:

Stage 1: Exploration: gathering information, beginning to understand the process, defining the critical components of change, identify how change aligns with your vision.

Stage 2: Installation: The Planning Stage - Organizing what is already in place, identifying overlap, reducing redundancies, identifying gaps and how to fill them, defining and training personnel, reating problem solving teams and a monitoring schedule, commiting to the framework

Stage 3- Initial Implementation: Generating Exciting, monitoring and supporting personnel through professional development

Stage 4 - Full Implmentation: Identifying levels of proficiency and fidelity / Innovation: using problem solving teams to continue to develop and implement with the aim of improving efficiency

Stage 5 - Sustainability - Insitutional ownership of the change / self run and self regulated / continuing progress
